Ingredients
- 2 pork gyoza (dumplings)
- 4-5 shrimp
- 2 tablespoons tempura batter

- Soy sauce and mirin for glaze

Instructions
- Prepare gyoza by pan-frying until golden brown on both sides.
- Make tempura batter and coat shrimp, then deep fry until crispy.
- Glaze fish fillet with soy-mirin mixture and bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Cook white rice separately.
- Arrange all components in a divided bento box with red lacquerware compartments.
